Covid is a dirty word!
Updated: Oct 7, 2021
The threat of Covid restrictions is a dirty word when it comes to Clearing Sales! Our vendors spend many hours, days, weeks, preparing for their clearing sale which could be shut down in a matter of hours. Online auctions provide a backup for people considering a Clearing Sale. Most people prefer to check in person the goods they are buying, but the different times we are living in we have to go with technology as well. Our co-agency Nutrien Harcourts Kingaroy is happy to work with customers to pick the best option for them. Check out our latest news

Real Estate
Spring is generally the traditional time for people to look at buying & selling Real Estate. Nutrien Harcourts Kingaroy has successfully marketed a number of properties with new owners taking over this month. Great to see new faces in the district. We wish them well and hope the South Burnett is good for them. With Real Estate in Qld being on an upward trend it is in buyers best interest to look at organizing their finances well in advance. The number of contracts being processed by financialand law firms is causing some delays. Pre-financial approval speeds up the process for buyer & seller.
