Livestock: 2023 has seen a slight cooling of the market. Increased numbers are now entering the saleyards with people trying to off load before the dryer and cooler months arrive. Real Estate: Our co-agency Nutrien Harcourts had a number of properties settle in February. The market has slowed but those sellers meeting the market are still getting plenty of inspections.
