Livestock: Most lines are holding with firm prices. Numbers in the saleyards have been up and down.

Also if you require finance please have this preapproved as the Auction system is payment on invoice. No credit. All vehicles sold under auction conditions of NO Statutory warranties of any kind. No cooling off period.
Real Estate: Nutrien Harcourts currently have a number of properties under contract. General overall inspection rates have decreased with genuine buyers still in the market.
