Clearing Sales: We are pleased to announce that Nutrien Livestock Kingaroy under the stewardship of Chris & Jess Simpkins will be conducting the Online Clearing Sales under a new platform. Bill and Chris will work together with our South Burnett Clients to achieve the results they are hoping for. https://nutrienkingaroy.bidsonline.com.au/ will take you to the new site. The first Online auction will be from Feb. 10-13th, closing from 7pm. No buyers premium this sale. GST will be added to knockdown price where applicable. Livestock: Coolabunia Saleyards welcomed a second agency with GDL ( a Nutrien Ag Solutions Partner) selling at Coolabunia for the first time on the 19th January, 2023. Local producers now have more choice. If you have cattle to sell please contact Bill as he books cattle to a number of centres and agencies. 0429645545. Real Estate: Nutrien Harcourts Kingaroy & South Burnett our co-agency has had a great start 2023 with new listings and some under contract within days. The market is seeing less inquiry and buyers are being encouraged to meet the market if they wish to settle in reasonable time. The high prices during Covid could not be sustained with the rise in interest rates and general downturn in the economy at this time. Media hype has led to uncertainty in some areas.
